The Company’s Compliance Director is an experienced medical manager with practical expertise in emergency medicine and intensive care wards. He is knowledgeable in the development and implementation of SOPs, MOUs and cooperative agreements. He brings over 15 years experience training, supervising, counseling and professionally developing teams of 15-25 employees. Having overseen over $1.9 million worth of equipment and supplies at any one time, he has experience ensuring the protection of valuable commodities through strict compliance standards.
Prior to joining the Company, the Compliance Director served as a Manager and Supervisor at Fort Campbell, a U.S. Army base in Kentucky. While there, he was responsible for employee safety, accountability and professional development. His duties included procurement and maintenance of all necessary equipment and supplies for day-to-day operations and MASCAL events. In that capacity, he developed and maintained quality care systems and standards, including but not limited to, creating and improving medical protocols and guidelines resulting in zero deficiencies following inspection.
Most recently, the Compliance Director served as an inspector for the Colorado Department of Agriculture conducting inspections for multiple CDA regulated programs including Measurement Standards, Meat – Custom Processing, Eggs, Feed and Fertilizer. He was also charged with responsibility for Consumer Safety and truth and fairness in the market place. Drawing on these experiences in military operations and agricultural inspection, he is uniquely situated to meet the rigorous demands of the Company’s compliance operations.
The Company’s Compliance Director holds a bachelor of science degree in Sociology and Criminology from Colorado State University – Pueblo, is a Licensed Practical Nurse and Emergency Medical Technician, and has training in Management and Emergency and Disaster Management.
